Yes, I left the best for last!

Here is the KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM and DINING AREA

The custom Kitchen most prominent feature is the stone and brick around the 48" Range.  Above the range is a vent that is powerful enough to keep up with demands from the range.  Just that one burner pictured is rated at over 19,000 btu's!  The kitchen features LED lighting, Farmhouse style sink, separate prep-sink & pot-filler above the range.  Their is super quiet dishwasher, room for a 36" fridge and our things we most looking forward to: a ice maker that makes little sonic/cube ice!  There also is a built in convection microwave and a warming drawer!

The countertops are quartz that meant to mimic real marble and real soapstone without any of the maintenance.

The dining room is very casual with 2 huge windows overlooking our land.  It features a very elegant dining room lighting fixture.

The Living Room has, of course, that huge Texas fireplace with its very wide Hearth.  The Hearth is at a perfect sitting height and is so wide it can fit a lot people!  The mantle is made of Cedar from a sawmill just up the road.

STAIRWELL & ALL UPSTAIRS:

At the top of the stairs, there is room for a future desk area or play area.  The upstairs features 2 huge bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.  Each closet is custom finished.  The middle room is Rachel's studio room featuring arched windows and arched doorway.  The small door is added space for a small closet area/storage area.  The room also features full TV, Ethernet, IR and in the wall speakers.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH:

The Master Bedroom is oversized at 18 feet in width and 11 foot ceilings.  It features its own walkout to the back patio.  The Master Bath features Carrara Marble throughout not only the walk-in shower, but also as wainscoating in the rest of the bath.  The custom cabinets feature double sinks and a center cabinet with plenty of storage.

The Master Shower is absolutely stunning!  It is a walk in shower without any doors or curtains.  It features a rain-shower, 2 hand-helds and 2 body-sprays all on a master temperature control.

The Master Closet is very spacious featuring shelving, including angled shoe racks and storage drawers.
